SHIPPING AND PROMOTION POLICIES

SHIPPING OVERVIEW.
Please read the following shipping terms of Service carefully before accessing or using CWCILAB website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
CWCI LAB ships to every US state and territory as well as Canada. We do not ship anywhere else at this time.

ITEM 1-PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES.
-We do not carry inventory. Our organic products are prepared on the day of the order and delivered after passing our tests. All orders are processed and prepared within 48 hours.
-Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States, depending on the weather condition and the shipping method.

ITEM 2-DELAYED SHIPMENT.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of this state.
Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those natural caused , holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

ITEM 3-TRACKING YOUR ORDER.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS at our discretion.
-Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

ITEM 4-PACKAGE LOCATION.
Please understand, that once an item is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver packages on time and without damage.
Here are the two carriers we use for your review: USPS or UPS please check out their policy.

ITEM 5- SHIPPING COMPANIES.
Shipping companies, are experiencing delays due to labor shortage, and climate change. Please be patient and track your package.
If tracking information shows the package was delivered, but you do not have it, check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us.
If the package cannot be located, a minimum of 15 days must have passed (from expected delivery date) before we can consider a refund, reship or file a claim.

ITEM 6- CLAIMS.
We cannot file a claim until you have:
-1-contacted your carrier
-2-You have contacted us
-3-We have contacted the carrier, and the carrier declares that the package cannot be found.

ITEM 7-PACKAGING MATERIALS.
We use environmentally friendly materials, such as recycled craft packing paper and reusable cardboard boxes. Please recycle the material we sent you in the appropriate bins.

ITEM 8-SHIPPING LOCATION.

We only ship from our location in Beverly Hills, California.
All orders are processed within two business days of receiving them. You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 8 business days after processing depending on the carrier.
You will receive an email with a tracking number on the day your package leaves our facility. Holidays or weather, may affect shipping times.

ITEM 9- SHIPPING SCHEDULE.
Orders usually leave our facility by 2pm Monday-Friday.

CwciLab ships all of your orders via USPS, UPS at our discretion. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

ITEM 10-US TERRITORIES SHIPPING CHARGE.
Depending on promotion from carriers, we offer free shipping on orders over $50 in the contiguous US and a flat shipping fee of $10 for orders that don't meet that threshold.

ITEM 11-CONTIGIOUS STATE.
These shipments apply to Alaska, and Hawaii. For orders outside of the contiguous US, there will be an additional $10.00 handling fee.
We typically use the US Postal Service for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories.

ITEM 12- CANADA.
There is a shipping charge of $25.00 as an additional fee for handling all orders to Canada. Please check out the new laws.
For Canada, we unfortunately, cannot offer returns for items purchased on the website store and shipped outside of the United States.
If you are outside the US, please contact us via email or phone, from the Contact page.It is unknown to us how to calculate import taxes or any duties fee charged by Canadian custom before shipping the product. So, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to pay.

ITEM 13-CARRIERS WE USE.
We ship UPS or USPS at our discretion, offering both package tracking and reliable delivery. We MUST have a street address to ship UPS. PO Boxes default ship to USPS.
Please e-mail us a note, including your name and order number, if your location requires a different type of shipping.

ITEM 14-CANCELLING AN ORDER.
If you need to cancel your order do so within the first 24hours, before shipping time, and via direct email at:cwcilab@gmail.com. Make sure you get an Authorization number.
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the original order.

ITEM 15-SHIPPING OUTSIDE US TERRITORIES (Internationally).
-Customs Fees and Import Taxes for outside the US
At the present we are serving only the US . No international shipping at this time. Should we start shipping internationally, CWCILab will not be responsible for any custom duties.
Please note that, if we arrange for a delivery outside the US, CWCILab is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Check first with customs in your country. If you purchased CWCILAB products from a different location, please return them to the original store where you bought them.

ITEM 16-PRODUCTS ON PROMOTION.

From time to time, we offer promotions to our customers, as an appreciation for their loyalty. At that time, all products sold on promotion will not qualify for returns, exchange, cancellation, refund due to the very low price affixed.
