RETURNS REFUND POLICY
ITEM 1-RETURNS AND REFUND
CWCI LAB team wants to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If any issues arise, please contact us within 10 days of your purchase (USA pur
chases) for a Return/Refund or Credit. Which means that you have 10 days after receiving the product to return it, in the condition you received it, unopened. No returns on the 11 day.
ITEM 2-CREDIT
To get a credit on your account, return the package untouched and unopened (due to the organic content) and we will issue you a credit for the amount and the product size you paid for. At a later date, you may, if you wish order the same product, or another one with the same quantity. You will not pay for shipping, tax nor the more expensive same product-same quantity. You will also get a more concentrated cream, you can extend the use of, for six more months depending on how often you apply the cream on your skin.
ITEM 3-DEFECTIVE PACKAGE
If the packaging is defective, the product shipped incorrectly, or the product has been damaged, you will receive a full refund (including shipping if applicable) to your credit card or original payment method.
ITEM 4-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product was damaged in transit, take pictures, keep the packaging, and contact the appropriate shipper. Remember that once an item is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it on time and without damage, just the way the carrier received the package for delivery.
ITEM 5-OTHER ISSUES
For other issues, depending on the situation, you may receive a refund for the cost of the product only. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please do not return product packages without authorization. You must contact us within 24 hours after purchase of product, if there is a problem and within 10 days to return it with an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) Form<
ITEM 6-RETURN CONDITIONS
Due to the organic nature of our products, we cannot accept a return of an opened jar of product, (you are given a sample of the cream to try out first) and will only consider refunds or exchanges on a case by case basis, and an RMA form (Authorization Form).
ITEM 7-PROMOTIONS
Products sold on promotion, due to their discounted price and organic nature of the cream, can not be refunded, exchanged or credited.
