Sophie's Lab ORGANIC FACE CLEANSER
Here is an organic cleanser easy to prepare
It is very important to treat facial skin, properly, as it is very delicate. So, select only the best ingredients to prepare your creamy lotion, and use the right quantities to keep the product compatible with your skin's own chemistry without any damage.
Remember also to make enough for twice a day, AM and PM before applying your regular face cream for at least 4 weeks.
-JARS: two medium size glass jars with lid (you could use any jar you have (jam glass jars for example are fine. Just wash with soap and warm water, rince well, put them in a boiling pot with water-take them out-let them dry, and you have 2 sterile jars (if buying glass jar, do the same (wash,rinse, boil)
a clean wooden spoon to stear the creamTwo small fresh organic cucumbers, and a bunch of kale washed in cold water. Once all the vegetables are chopped, put in blender to get a paste with a little water
strain the cucumber paste and kale paste separately through a piece of clean muslin. Squeeze the cloth to extract the juice. Put aside
5oz (150ml) of organic cleansing lotion base
5 drops of lemon essential oil
10 drops of almond extract
-Stir thoroughly: the lotion base, cucumber, kale juice, lemon essential oil, almond extract
Pour the mixture into two bottles. Label each one clearly- Put one for use now, and the other in the refrigerator for up to one month.
To apply: wash your hands, use a face sponge or cotton to dab your skin with your cleanser
